Terms of use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Sheetlark (the “service”). By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Sheetlark converts statement files into other formats. The conversion runs in your web browser on your device. We do not receive your files.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only process documents you have the right to use.
- Sheetlark is in beta: it is new and still improving, and results may occasionally be wrong. Review converted data before relying on it. The service checks results against the balances printed on each statement and highlights anything that does not match, but statements vary and no automated tool is perfect. You are responsible for the data you import into other systems and for decisions made with it.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or resell it without permission.
3. Plans and payment
Some features require a paid plan. New users get a 3-day free trial. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Your license key is for you (or your business) and should not be shared publicly. The free trial lets you try everything first, so payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
4. Intellectual property
The service, its design and code belong to Sheetlark. Your data remains yours.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. It is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sheetlark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will post them on this page with a new date.
